DESCRIPTION:L’obiettivo del seminario è quello di fare una panoramica sulle tradizioni e le proposte federaliste che\, durante tutto il XX secolo e fino ad oggi\, si sono andate sviluppando in Portogallo\, Spagna e Italia\, tre paesi dell’Europa del sud che fanno parte del mondo latino. Vorremmo concentrarci e discutere sulle cause del rispettivi successi e/o insuccessi. Interverranno i professori Manuel Suárez Cortina\, che si occuperà del caso spagnolo\, Fernando Catroga\, che si soffermerà su quello portoghese\, e Marco de Niccolò\, per quanto riguarda quello italiano.
